All of our salami and chorizo is shelf stable. We do recommend that the Hoguera Spreadable Chorizo is kept refrigerated long-term for quality because the fat can separate overtime, but refrigeration is not a requirement for safety.
All of our salami and chorizo has a 4-6 month shelf life. We stamp all of our products with a 6-months "Best if Used By" date from the day they are packaged. We never ship products with less than 4-months left on that date.
