SCL Original Chili Crisp is a fermented chili based condiment suspended in peanut oil. Insanely crunchy, amazing depth, and just the right amount of oil. With dehydrated fermented chili mash, crunchy shallots, garlic, & peanuts all suspended in an infused oil, this condiment is good on practically anything.
