We partnered with one of Vermont's favorite hard cider producers, Citizen Cider, to bring you our first ever Cider Syrup. Cider Syrup is apple cider, boiled down to a thicker consistency so it is intense and ready to use on roasted meat, over waffles or swirled in a bourbon cocktail. New Englanders have been using this syrup since colonial times when they put it in baked beans and over pie.
